Principal Research Fellow Dr. Dušica Ćalić, representing the Knowledge and Technology Transfer team (KTT) of the Institute for Biological Research "Siniša Stanković" participated in the Katapult Demo Day, held at the Radisson Collection Hotel in Belgrade on 11th June 2026.

Demo Day marks the end of the Katapult accelerator program, which supports the development of innovative startups and connects them with investors, partners, and key players in the innovation ecosystem. During the event, advanced technological solutions in artificial intelligence, financial technologies, cybersecurity, and digital transformation were presented. Participation in this event provided an opportunity to become acquainted with the latest trends in innovation and business, as well as to establish new contacts with representatives of startup mutual funds and investment firms that support innovation.

The presence of the IBISS KTT team at such events fosters cooperation between science and industry. It opens new opportunities for the transfer of knowledge, technology, and innovative solutions into practice.
