Zorica Janković

I completed my undergraduate studies in Scandinavian Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics at the University of Belgrade in 1997, followed by a Master of Science in Library and Information Science at the University of Belgrade in 2012.

Since 2014, I have been working at the Institute for Biological Research "Siniša Stanković", where I manage the institutional repository and promote open science. I train researchers in literature searching, scholarly publishing, and research data management, and I am a member of the institute’s publishing team.

As Editorial Coordinator of Archives of Biological Sciences, I contribute to modernizing publishing workflows and increasing the journal’s visibility in international databases. In addition to my library work, I translate books and professional documents from Swedish and English.

I have organized and participated in numerous workshops and training sessions for editors and researchers, including those related to OJS implementation and initiatives supporting open science and research data management.

I am a member of professional organizations and actively follow developments in scholarly communication, digital publishing, and open science.
