Abstract

THE MAIN RESEARCH GOAL is to elucidate key molecular mechanisms underlying endothelial dysfunction in Alzheimer's disease (АD) using primary brain endothelial cell cultures from AD and control animals of the state-of-the-art APPNL-G-F knock-in mouse model.
