The director and deputy director of IBISS, Dr. Mirjana Mihailović and dr. Momir Paunović, together with the assistant minister of science, technological development and innovation, Dr. Marina Soković, accompanied by the technical secretary of PANDA, Nađa Hadžimurtović, were invited by the Shanghai Institute of Materia Medica (SIMM) to visit numerous biotechnology incubators and bases in China.
During the visit, the further development of cooperation between Serbia and China was negotiated, as well as the further work of the "One Belt and One Road" Joint Laboratory.
