In order to increase the capacity of IBISS in terms of writing and implementing EU projects, the STRIMHealth project organized the "Workshop for Strengthening IBISS Project Support Team Capacity", which took place online on September 10- 12, 2025.

The training was conducted by the Project Office of the University of Lisbon and the Faculty of Pharmacy of the University of Lisbon, Portugal. The basic topics of the workshop were the organization, structure and functioning of the project offices, the different phases of preparation, implementation, and reporting of projects, and the communication and use of project results.

We hope that the workshop provided all participants with valuable experience that will be helpful in the future preparation and implementation of future EU projects.
