A team of researchers from IBISS, including Principal Research Fellows Dr. Danijela Maksimović-Ivanić, Dr. Tamara Saksida, Dr. Ana Đorđević, and Dr. Danijela Vojnović-Milutinović, visited the School of Life and Health Sciences at Hubei University of Technology in Wuhan, China, and participated in the Belt and Road International Forum on Biomedicine and Health Sciences, where current research at IBISS was presented.

At a formal ceremony during the forum, contracts were signed to establish joint research units in cancer, immunology, and metabolic diseases between IBISS and Hubei University. During the visit, discussions also began on the details of cooperation between researchers from China and Serbia.
